Jason M. Casebolt is the founder and principal attorney at The Casebolt Law Firm. He is a graduate of the Ohio State University, where he studied Business Finance and Political Science. He later graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors from the Seattle University School of Law, where he earned Dean’s List recognition and a Faculty Scholar Award nomination. In addition to his studies, Jason was selected to be a Summer Intern for a Seattle-based civil litigation firm. He further performed five-semesters of clinical internships at Seattle University’s Ronald A. Peterson Law Clinic in the fields of Community (Business) Development & Entrepreneurship, Predatory Lending, and International Human Rights.

Jason has received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for top-student performance in the following legal fields:

In addition to practicing law, Jason has led contract negotiations at a major Puget Sound Corporation since 2005. He also volunteers his time to work with clients through various nonprofit organizations that supplement the efforts of up-and-coming entrepreneurs.
